Bangkok Patpong nightlife area

For most of the visitors to visit Bangkok is a prerequisite Patpong red light district is a must. It is tempting strippers go-go bar lights and chrome poles attracted tourists from all corners of the globe. But Patpong is now not only is no longer a cover for the sex industry. With more and more companies are propping has become a more watered-sleaze district.

The hotel is mentioned in the commercial business district of Silom, Patpong no otheron local businesses without its neon signs. But at sunset, and when it takes the popular night markets set up business in the streets of Patpong 1 of the environment in a very different energy.

You can easily Patpong red light district with no problems. There are two railway systems, the U and the other with an elevated railway station in a few minutes walk to Patpong. And every taxi driver knows where without a doubtPatpong is simply quoting him.

Patpong was once the king of Bangkok 's 3 red light district. Although its glory days are definitely over and forgotten. To write great bar Patpong go-King's Entertainment Group followed suit to go, his brothers Soi Cowboy Red Light District and began improvements and renovations in their club.

It is not everything, where his complete transformation. After Patpong as an officer as "entertainment zone" by the ThaiGovernment in 2004, more mainstream companies started between slots go-go bars and sex shows. It is more of a significant police presence - and work with it no more prostitutes on the streets of Patpong sex, no matter how clear is to sell more in the go-go bars.

Patpong is safer? Now Patpong was never dangerous. Although the incidence of pickpocketing occurs, is in trouble as other tourist destinations. Patpong has always been relatively safe againthe times, strengthened when U.S. soldiers through the gates of a go-go bars during the Vietnam War. Although the only real offense the advertisers are trying, on a trip up the stairs to the sale of A Go Go Bar, see a show about sex.

not only of sex tourists - Today, many hotels have opened near Patpong drawing tourists of all kinds. So there are often many families, retirees and honeymooners walking the streets of Patpong shoulder to shoulder and low-oglingclad women prance about on stage.

Will go down in history as Patpong, the red light district of Bangkok, the first, but he certainly has a new attraction for guests to walk through the sleaze without getting dirty.

Bangkok Guest Friendly Hotels - Where to Find and Stay

Guest friendly hotels in Bangkok is a label for hotels that do not charge an extra fee for bringing in an unregistered guest into your room to stay overnight. You may have also heard of the label no joiner fee which means the same thing. Hotels that require their guests to pay an extra fee even though the room had been booked for two is an unfair business practice that occurs throughout Bangkok hotels. Non guest friendly hotels usually charge a 500 THB ($14 USD) fee for bringing in unregistered guests. Some places charge as high as 1000 THB ($30 USD).

Fortunately there are many guest friendly hotels in Bangkok. You can find them mainly centered in the popular commercial areas of Sukhumvit Road which is conveniently close to the myriad of nightlife venues and hot spots throughout the area. Here are names of 5 popular guest friendly hotels in Bangkok (as of writing):

1. Ambassador Hotel
2. Citi Chic Boutique Hotel
3. Amari Boulevard Hotel
4. Landmark Bangkok
5. JW Marriott

There are many more guest friendly hotels of course, with hotel rates ranging from 1000 THB up to 6000 THB ($30 USD to $170 USD) per night, which usually includes a buffet breakfast. There are hotels with even lower rates. Some have rates that go as low as 500 THB or $14 USD per night , but I highly suggest that you avoid staying in a hotel with such low rates as it will most likely be unclean and far from the center of nightlife activities in Bangkok.

Another alternative is to book your stay in a serviced apartment in Bangkok. Serviced apartments in Bangkok are either run by hotel or private management. They treat their guest with full hotel hospitality such as daily house keeping, use of facilities like a fitness gym and swimming pool. Most up market rooms may be equipped with a full kitchen and washer dryers. Most even provide a free buffet breakfast included in the room rates just like hotels in Bangkok. It would stand to make sense that serviced apartments do not charge a joiner fee because the room's are technically apartments. However you are personally responsible for your guests.

There are many serviced apartments in Bangkok. The most popular one is called Centre Point. Currently there are 7 Centre Point Hotel properties that are in convenient locations close to main attractions through out Bangkok. They are a fully established Residence, hotel selected, but most guests are tourists. Personally Centre Point Hotel are my favorite places to stay and I never worry about a carpenter to pay the fee for my guest.

Tasty Thai seafood was served while my friends and I dined on the top deck of a large boat as it cruises along the scenic night view of Menam Chao Praya River. A holiday in Bangkok will never be complete without a dinner cruise like this one. Interesting fact: Each time we pass under a bridge, we can almost touch the underside as the diners roar with excitement! careful with your head! Check this movie out.

With Thailand's travel hub in Southeast Asia

Sooner or later you have to visit in Southeast Asia, when you see, to enjoy the world. There just is not doing too many unique landmarks and fascinating cultural aspect. If you go, you can always find a little 'difficult to focus on Thailand as a hub.

Asia is a fascinating area, which seem to be. From the towers of Angkor Wat, the relief shows off the coast of Sihanoukville in Cambodia, there is something for everyone. The road like a topGoal, an issue of currency by the end of 1990 resulted in South-East Asia as a very inexpensive trip. Yes, he was beaten with the dollar.

There's only one hang up when it goes in this field trip. In short, it is difficult to get from here to there. The quality, size and frequency of transport systems in various countries very dramatic. Consider the contrast between the two countries share a long border - Thailand and Cambodia.

Thailand has itsact together. There are many buses, trams and trains in the vibrant city of Bangkok. You can also night trains from the city for most of the destinations of the country. If you have any Euros to spare, you can usually fly out of major cities in the country of destination, as Chang Mai, $ 40 to $ 80 When you are ready, the region in first place in another country for international flights from Bangkok are plentiful and cheap.

Cambodia is strongUnlike in Thailand. For the most part, the use of the word "roads" questionable. Things are difficult. Much of the northern region of the country is very difficult to access. In fact, one of the most popular ways across the country, if possible, by ferry. It is strongly recommended that this type of traffic heading to Angkor Wat or use your kidneys and back is an absolute disaster. Flying around Cambodia in domestic and international flights is almost impossiblevery rare and expensive.

Lest you think I'm unfair to criticize Cambodia is to point out that there is a significant reason for the problems of the country's infrastructure. The Khmer Rouge, of course. This group of Pol Pot led the attempts to bring the country to an agrarian society. In addition to killing nearly a third of the population has the infrastructure of a beating.

This contrast may seem extreme, but it can be found in other countries. Laos is wonderful, but very rural.Indonesia is also cheaper than Cambodia and Thailand, but travel within the country can be physically hard. The contrast for long.

If you travel to Southeast Asia, you will need space for your base. Thailand is an excellent choice in my travels in the region. It 's very cheap, but the infrastructure is excellent. It 's just a great place to start any exploration of the region.

It 's the most famous market in Bangkok cheap, with an endless variety of products on a large scale. germinate in recent years, other markets in the city shortly after and tried to challenge the authority of Chatuchak. Chatuchak but still be as the mother of all markets.

For 35 acres Chatuchak offers more than 15,000 articles. This week-end of the market asthe name says it explicitly, is open only on weekends, and is probably one of the largest markets in the world as well. Exploring this huge market is not an easy task, even with a good map in hand. However, if you do this, you can find pretty much everything here, in this market. Numbered streets and alleys are useful if you happen to lose your way.

The market is divided into several sections, with a different color representing each different area. There is aSection for clothing, a department of arts and crafts and other items include items such as jewelry, antiques, pottery, pets, vintage magazines, stamps and coins, collectibles, household items, art, plants, wholesale and food terms. Some shops are not always indicated on the products in these sections are in no way responsible, for which most of the time is reduced to, our ability to explore. It 's almost impossible to do everything to offer to the market to see, so easy to explore each area, and you shouldsee most of the products sold on the market. In some stores you can also see surprises like an old Levi's jacket, not seen, not in stores for years.

For the best time to be there, you should visit the market in advance, as the place can get really crowded as the day goes on. In addition, the temperature can rise quickly in the afternoon sun hangs in the sky, and probably get all wet and sticky and uncomfortable in the heat and high humidityConditions.

Bargaining is a must in this market, and is an ideal negotiating skills to the test. Thais, even though collective bargaining, is called to do with a smile. Armed with a friendly attitude and fun and a great smile, are your best weapon to ensure the best deal possible.

Since only a few stalls and shops accept credit cards, you should bring enough money. But be aware and on guard against pickpockets, such as theftcommon in this place, and it is up to us to protect our property and the proper objects of value. It only takes a moment something of value such as losing our wallets.

There are many new features on the market, an interesting feature of this market is that many up-and-coming artists and Thai businessman, actually began his career in a booth at this market. So in their footsteps, there are many young talents in the hope of success before with their innovative art to emulate.Food and drinks are in abundance throughout the market, with unusual and quirky Thai snacks like fried insects, scorpions, frogs, usually very spicy. Try it if you dare, and you may just fall in love with them.

The advantages of the first plastic surgery done in another country

VIP treatment in Thailand - Plastic Surgery Affordable

It was not long after I learned about the "idea" of surgery at a local Holiday Travel Show in Long Beach, I had the courage to take one of the greatest adventures of my life - a memorable first trip to Thailand - with a face-lift "on the side."

VIP treatment started in the Bangkok airport when I was caught and brought directly awaited Yanhee International Hospital, where my surgeon and my staffArrival in the evening. Thailand's hospitals are spotless and full of many beautiful RN who tend to be charming, as well as professional and efficient. My plastic surgeon, Dr. Vitawat Angkatavanich gave me the feeling as if all the time to answer questions and address my concerns were - in perfect English.

Even though I'm mentally and emotionally for the fact the process of preparation before leaving home, I promised to listen to my instincts and again, evenat the last minute. Because this was only the search ... I was very happy with the paths cross in the hospital just the right doctor.

All these sweet and respectful attention was focused on me very well. After about an hour gave me the green light for Dr. Vitawat to my face and neck, lift carry. "Before" photos were taken. The guidelines were issued to start trials in the early hours of the morning. The surgery was scheduled for 13.00 on the clock.

It was about 09:00 - long enough for my partner and I BarryTake a taxi to the nearest market at night. We bought the shoes ... new shoes to explore a new country.

In the morning, my anesthesiologist was to visit one of the first. She says seriously, in English, the risks of anesthesia, and the process reminded me that I am facing major surgery. "Yes Yes". I assured her. I was confident in my decision.

I was dozing off, as I rolled to the OR. Along the way, I noticed that was used to transfer a number of differentStretchers. Stunned, I complained about being so often, when a voice told me there was nothing to worry about being pushed. This is to ensure I was kept in a sterile environment.

In fact, MRSA infections in hospitals are almost non-existent in Thailand, while we have better than a 60% chance of contracting a staph infection in hospitals in the United States, Great Britain or Canada. And these statistics are climbing.

The standard of care was superlative. After surgery, my key demandsanswer within a few minutes. Movie stars get this treatment.

Do not worry about the language barrier is. The RN seem to travel in groups. It 's very attractive to wake up and see a group of Thai faces, nurses in crisp hats, gathered around the bed, deeply concerned about how you feel. E 'became clear that what I do not understand, someone else will, and somehow everyone ends up happy in this "Land of Smiles" - in particular patients.

My room had a balconyin view of Bangkok. Barry was walking around free, but winked at me with a comfortable bed for the duration of my stay 3 days. It 'nice to have been witness to my experience.

After surgery, my diet consisted of fruit and vegetables, and aromatic gourmet Thai dishes, which I found impossible to resist tasting designated.

My doctor was well again on the morning of departure. We met about a week later when I got some stitches removed. He was there for alast look and I got the green light to fly back home to Los Angeles.

Relief Day -

Before leaving Yanhee, I placed a phone was provided with numerous programs. An English speaking driver who was available to us, was there to pick up and drop us a 5 star hotel, Grand Hotel Majestic, on Sukumvit. The concierge was alerted. A basket of fruit waiting for us in a beautiful room. A swimming pool, beauty spa and 24 hour room service was available.

E 'wasonly 4 days after the operation, but rather than being at rest and in a good hotel, had our drivers are some suggestions. I felt pretty good, the floating market to buy, ride an elephant, and enjoy a traditional Thai meal before attending a cultural event organized Thai - the same day, a few hours from Bangkok, everyone.

Countless memorable experiences waiting for us in Thailand and Bangkok's wealth was ripe for exploring. We decided to go on the road at 3Majestic Star Hotel on Sukumvit bought for a few days and kept alive until we fall. Our driver suggested a boutique hotel on the Chao Phraya River, not far from the charming Oriental Hotel and the Peninsula and the famous backpacker hostel, the Riverview, where we have a casual, inexpensive meal eaten on the terrace with its millions of see U.S. dollars -. It 'was so memorable as the dark, walk through Chinatown scary on the way home. Do not worry, Bangkok is surprisingly safeCity.

ALERT! - Taxi Driver - ALERT!
Fortunately, only weak link in Bangkok taxis. We were lucky, a pilot with a good knowledge of English, not the norm.

He knew the city and the surrounding area and well made good suggestions. We skipped the tailor, but a real attack on the jewelry away enjoyed. Bangkok is known for its precious stones, in particular its rubies.

It 's always better to have a card to carry aHotel or hospital with her address and phone number if you decide to take a taxi or tuk-tuk.

Save yourself a lot of trouble going through -

Before getting into a taxi:

1. Make sure there is a metered taxi and the driver has his license displayed on the dashboard.
2. Never agree to make a deal without the counter.
3. Ask the man leads, who generally understand English in order to confirm the destination with the driver and perhaps writeSoi address or the number of Thai for the driver.
4. All drivers have cell phones. If in doubt, ask for instructions and tip them extra 20 baht for the grace to call if you finally arrive.
5. They should pay for every toll, to make sure that small changes.

Accepting that the traffic is terrible in Bangkok -

It is a toss-up whether it would be worse than the No. 405 in Los Angeles. Do yourself a favor. Confidence to get the BTS Sky Train or MRTIn Bangkok 's fantastic shopping centers on weekends or in night markets, like most events in town. Bangkok, roads and public transport are impeccable. Signage is in Thai and English, with many security guards in uniform for help on the road.

Wear lightweight clothing - sturdy shoes, and because the sidewalks are neglected. Expect to climb the stairs. Asia was not designed with disabled people in mind.

Recovery at home -
I do not remember any kind of real pain, only slight discomfort. More than two months after my operation I noticed that my face is still a bit 'swollen on one side, and itched a bit', but the numbness was gone. As a side effect of sleeping space, the worst part of my work has always been used to sleeping on your back. Once all the medicines at home and sleep in my bed, it was hard, the pillow or just the perfect place. My cozy sofa saved more than one night, because the fact pillowsdifficult to turn around without waking me to relocate. A few months later it was all forgotten and was enjoying the results.

I see at least ten years younger. The women in my circle can easily spend well over a year on your face and make-up alone. I am thrilled to be on my saggy neck or jaws scary high necklines and scarves. Now, with everything in place on my face, there is not much to cover or hide. Eyebrow pencil an eyelash curler, and some tinted lip gloss brings me out the door in the morning. At the end of the day when I wash my face and brush my teeth, I like the familiar face of my late 40's smiling at me.

Marketing challenges

Marketing in Bangkok is a unique experience compared to many other cities and certainly in comparison to American cities. First, the Asian culture is very different from the West. Second, although the vast majority of Thai people in Bangkok, there are also significant communities of people who speak Japanese, English and Chinese. This means that the attempt to reach people through traditional media, can be difficult because there are Thai, English and JapaneseNewspapers and radio here in Thai, English and Chinese. And the mass market TV stations are all in Thai.

How to reach people through traditional media is difficult many advanced marketers are increasingly turning to the Internet back. There are many websites in Thai language here in Thailand, many Thais also pages in English to a certain extent. As a result, many marketers trying to reach a local audience for the different products a number of options.YouTube and Google for example get a large number of Thai visitors and there is a Thai language version of Google.

There are also some sites of Thai language video-sharing, even though they receive small amounts of traffic than YouTube. So, this marketing experiment that produce content in English or Thai, and even with the help of tags in both languages with the efficiency of tag that is not in English. Since Thais should search in both languages prove thisto be successful.

marketing company in Bangkok are also email marketing and as part of their mix-mail list, even if reliable and are difficult to find here. However, there are several small mailing lists, which are pretty reliable and there is at least one company that we know that the weekly newsletter sent to its 40,000-strong database of businesses and you can pay to view it in HTML format included.

And as a connection and download speeds become faster here in Thailand,The use of video marketing is increasingly important for use in view of the fastest growing and most effective communication of ideas. As mentioned above, there are few video-sharing sites Thai, but the major video sharing websites in the world are becoming increasingly popular here and the traffic is increasing.

As in other developed countries, Thailand is turning to the Internet, but progress has been slower here. With the latest technology and infrastructureImprovements here should, however, that accelerate progress and encourage Thailand to the ranks of its more advanced neighbors.
